She is a Havanese, and when we got her, she was about 7 months old.
My Dad likes her too.
Don't forget, she is still a puppy.
It was a difficult time house-training her, her bladder seemed to be so tiny. For months we were up in the middle of the night, taking her out, and cleaning up messes every day when we got home from work. It was exhausting. Puppies are hard work!
We call her Neko, after my favorite singer Neko Case, and she is now 1 year old. She has made amazing progress; she scratches at the door when she needs to go out, she sleeps through the night, and she can manage to wait all day until we get home from work before going out. She is so cute, and funny too!
We nicknamed her "Beaker" because she likes to poke things with her nose. She loves cat toys, and is a little scared of bigger dogs.
